Our favorite place to buy fabric is Spoonflower. They have a huge variety of designs to choose from and a huge palette of fabric (we recommend ordering a fabric sample pack). We split our patterns into two file sizes—one for Preemie to 3 Years and one for 4 Years and up. We found that if you were sewing a smaller size, you were printing off A LOT of extra sheets you didn't need to accommodate the larger sizes. Creating two different files is more economical for printing.

Not at all! All you need is a sewing machine that is capable of a knit overcast stitch, which most are. If you are unsure if your machine can do this stitch, look in your sewing machine manual. You can also message us if you want us to confirm your’s ability to do a knit overcast. We’re friendly.

Not at all! Print on your home computer. The files print on A3, A4, US Letter, and Legal paper sizes. A projector/A0 copyshop size file is also included in every pattern if you would like to print it on a plotter or send it to a print shop (but once again, this is not necessary to use our patterns).
